BACK TO BASICS with Liz Livingston

Designed for yogis new to the practice (or those wishing to brush up on the basics), this workshop will help you establish a firm foundation through the framework of the following limbs of yoga:

Asana - Physical Poses: Learn how to build the basic poses with safety and stability

Pranayama - Breath Exercises: Learn two different yogic breaths that will aid your practice both on and off the mat

Dhyana/Dhāraṇā - Focus/Meditation: The workshop will conclude with a candle light meditation as we explore setting the mind on a single point of focus
