Our workshop will begin with a brief overview of yogic philosophy, answering the question "What is yoga and why should we practice it?"
Next, we will move through a traditional Hatha Yoga practice, pausing to learn more about the poses, props, and alignment while answering any questions that arise.
The workshop concludes with a restorative sequence wherein students will learn how to incorporate bolsters and blankets into their practice.
Though this workshop is designed for beginners, yogis of all levels are welcome to attend.
