Back to Basics: A Workshop for Beginners

Back to Basics Workshop with Liz
Saturday, October 19th from 3-5 PM

Our workshop will begin with a brief overview of why we practice yoga and a self-reflection intended to help you understand your goals in beginning a yoga practice.

Next, we will move through a traditional Hatha Yoga practice, pausing to learn more about the poses, props, and alignment while answering any questions that arise.

The workshop concludes with a restorative sequence wherein students will learn how to incorporate bolsters and blankets into their practice.

Though this workshop is designed for beginners,
yogis of all levels are welcome to attend.
