Participants will be welcomed to this circle with a brief round of introductions and some discussion about the physical and emotional stresses of family-building. We will then begin with some meditative breath exercises and move into a series of restorative yoga postures to release tension and increase blood flow to the reproductive organs. About an hour into the workshop, participants will rest in a supported restorative posture and Katy will administer a personalized treatment to each woman. After about 20 minutes, the needles will be removed and Meg will lead the group through final poses, ending in a supported Savasana where Katy will needle just one point - Yintang (the third eye) to facilitate a deeply inward rest.
