Each of your wellness professionals contribute their individual expertise to develop a larger web of support customized for your specific healing journey.



At the heart of this program is the collaboration between Dr. Melissa Vivino, who offers clinical therapy sessions intended create awareness of the emotional and psychological issues that get in the way of positive change and progress, and Alyssa Snow, whose mix of spiritual mentorship, Kundalini Yoga Medicine, and shamanic work brings awareness to the emotional and psychological energy in the body, as well as the practical means to release it.

After meeting with a client in separate weekly sessions, Melissa and Alyssa discuss the client’s progress with them to determine a treatment plan that may include other healing modalities, like yoga, massage, reiki, acupuncture, and cranio sacral therapy.

Clients are also taught daily practices and exercises that can serve as “medicine” to deepen healing and facilitate transformation. These include but are not limited to specific self-led meditations, yoga practices, journal prompts, and guided audio/video meditations.

Clinical Psychotherapy

Sometimes, in order to see things in us, we first need to be seen by another. The therapist can see patterns that we often can’t see ourselves; but this partnership and relationship require trust and courage on the part of the seeker, and a sound base of theoretical knowledge and sensitivity on the part of the therapist. This therapeutic approach deals with the psychological and emotional experience in our lives.

Shamanic Kundalini Medicine

This healing, a powerful synthesis of Kundalini yoga and shamanic energy medicine, will lead you into the awareness of the many layers of your being. These sessions are deep and powerful, where one is guided to journey into the depths of their shadow, so they may face their deepest wounds. Facing our wounds brings them to the surface to experience, and then dissolve. It is only then that we can live from a place of wellness and wholeness. With this work, patterns can begin to unravel, blocks can become unwound, and wounds can begin to heal.


Yoga is simply the act of becoming present with the sensations of the body in space. Yoga can be movement-oriented (called Vinyasa yoga) or slower and more deliberate (Hatha yoga). All yoga brings a powerful awareness to the body and where we carry tension and density. The practice of yoga helps to release tensions held and cultivate the experience of space and ease in the body. The result is a more spacious and calmer mind capable of peace and deep relaxation.


Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine utilizing thin needles inserted into the skin in specific points on the body that correspond to our energy meridians. These needles facilitate the movement of chi (life force) to help the body's natural healing ability to function more powerfully. Acupuncture is often accompanied by the prescription of Chinese herbs to deepen and quicken the healing. Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the oldest medicine systems on the planet and can be effective in treating illness, depression and anxiety, and chronic physical pain.


An ancient and gentle hands-on healing technique that assists the whole person…mind, body, emotions and spirit. It stimulates the body’s natural healing ability at the deepest level, releasing energetic blockages that may cause pain, illness or dis-ease and accelerates personal growth. The result is a deep sense of peace, security, and well-being.

Spiritual Mentorship

We believe that true healing must incorporate the awareness that we are more than just thinking, feeling, organic bodies. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and the direct knowledge of this can be utterly transformative. A spiritual mentor helps you see the bigger picture of your life story. This therapeutic approach, which is grounded in love and compassion, helps one develop a deep connection to their Highest Self. This can be in the form of recommended reading and thought exercises, meditations, and mantras.

Kundalini Medicine

The vibrations of your mind and emotions together with the vibrations of your body and all of its systems create a symphony that is your life experience. For many reasons, the symphony that is “us” is out of harmony. Kundalini Yoga Medicine is a tuning fork that can bring us back into harmony. This is an active healing modality in which we synchronize the body, breath, and mind with purposeful, rhythmic, moving meditations called “kriyas.” These kriyas are specifically selected to the patient's particular healing intention.


Massage is a hands-on technique to relieve tension from the body's muscles, tendons, and connective tissues. Studies have found massage to be particularly helpful for those suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, inflammation resulting from stress, and headaches. Bodywork is a powerful medium that may result in the release of unexpressed emotional and psychological energy.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch therapy that accesses the craniosacral system, a series of membranes and fluids that support the brain and spinal cord, which are literally at the “core” of our being. CST helps your soft tissues release restrictions, and resets the cranial bones in a more beneficial and spacious arrangement. After releasing the diaphragms, and the bones of the head, neck, jaw, and face, each session finishes with a full body BFF, a rotational tool which stimulates the superficial fascia and lymphatic system to release toxins as it calms the nervous system.

Admission into this program will be based upon a clinical interview by the directors, Dr. Vivino and Alyssa Snow. Participants will be asked to commit to a three-month minimum in order to experience a true reduction in symptoms and/or notable changes and achievement of goals. Because space is limited, only serious applicants will be interviewed.

Each person accepted into the program will be given a unique combination of additional healing sessions per month that have been assessed as the most helpful given the goal of the participant.

The frequency and duration of these sessions will be determined based upon the information given during the intake process.
