Babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling welcome!

Return to your breath, your practice, and your self during this transition into motherhood. Begin with a gentle yoga practice designed to feel the body and the self again, as well as time to bring the baby into your practice (after all you do for them!). Give yourself 1 hour a week for six weeks, and have fun working out with your wee munchkin!

Enjoy the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of this community-building activity! And best of all, return savasana/relaxation to your weekly routine. This series is designed around the unique postpartum needs of gentle core strengthening, chest and shoulder opening, and relaxation. Recommended for those 6 weeks after a natural birth and 8 weeks after a cesarean birth.
