There are many reasons to add inversions to your yoga practice: they can increase immunity, build strength, and they can both relax and energize you. Plus, you are literally looking at the world from an entirely different perspective!
Join us for three mornings where we practice, play, and come upside-down in poses such as Sirsasana (Headstand), Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand), and Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand). You will not be frowning for long!
Note that if you have neck issues, there will be variations for Headstand that are safe for your practice.
