Come explore and cultivate the focus, strength, and balance you need to hold yourself on your own arms. Arm balances powerfully cultivate the mind/body connection by increasing physical and mental balance and developing our concentration and tranquility. We’ll be workshopping Kakasana (Crow) also known as Bakasana, Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), and Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance). Discover the many physical and energetic benefits of this aspect of the practice in a down-to-earth, fun, and safe setting. We’ll be working as much as possible with your body’s individual needs to facilitate your ability to access the poses.
