This is an opportunity to undo some of the damage that we have done to our bodies over the years. Weekend Warriors, runners, bikers, walkers, chronic sitters, and stiff people of all kinds are welcome.
We will work on releasing, lengthening, and stabilizing commonly-affected areas such as the IT band, calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, plantar fascia, hips, and any other requests that you would like to bring or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before the workshop.
