As you settle in, the acupuncturist will come over to you and choose a few simple points on your hands, feet, ears, and/or head to help decrease stress, improve energy, and bring your body & mind back into alignment.* Needles will be retained for 15-30 minutes. When you’re ready for your needles to be removed, simply let the acupuncturist know by raising your hand or telling her as she walks by.
