Your collaborative healing team, led by Alyssa Snow and Dr. Melissa Vivino, is a skillful and compassionate group of practitioners.
Yokasta is a licensed massage therapist and reiki master. She has been studying holistic healing, nutrition, mindfulness, reiki, and various other healing techniques since 2007. Her studies led her to a profound appreciation of the resilience of her community and ancestors, and how self-healing and community healing were used as a form of social resistance and spiritual growth. Yokasta embraced the path of assisting others when she realized that it has always been in our nature to auto-heal and connect to something greater than ourselves
Deep listening is the foundation of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and so Edya doesn't really consider herself a healer. She helps others unlock their own healing potential that already resides within them.
In her over 20 years of experience teaching, Edya has learned to listen without judgment and cease efforts to “fix.” Her approach and support guide the body back into balance, in its own time, and in its own way.
Edya is a certified Sivananda yoga teacher, certified MELT method practitioner, and certified CranioSacral Therapist.
