Mondays 4:30-5:30pm – Tween Yoga (8-11 years)

Yoga for tweens is a class specifically designed for kids who are in transition – physically, emotionally, and socially. Kids will play yoga games, but they will also start to become familiar with the physical postures, breath work, and meditation practices that define yoga.


Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm – Kids Yoga (4-7 years)
Teacher:  Melissa Rios

This class allows kids to begin a yoga practice in a fun and supportive environment. Games, stories, and songs are all important aspects of the introduction into yoga. Kids will also have the experience of working together as part of a community, learning compassion for themselves and others.
