The content of this program is rich and the ability of the teachers is extraordinary. It offers a full understanding of what it means to practice yoga. The teachers respect and honor the deeply spiritual nature of yoga and provide experiences that far exceed the scope of just a physical practice. My practice has grown and I’ve learned not just about yoga but about myself. The teachers are welcoming, compassionate, and open; and all the people in my group were amazing. So grateful for my experience with Mind Body Soul.
