We will explore yoga fundamentals with space and time for questions and adjustments for personal needs. At the end of the workshop you will leave with a basic understanding of yoga and a clear sense which yoga styles and classes might be suitable for you going forward.

• Simple breathing exercises
• Simple meditation methods
• Foundation postures
• Tools to modify the postures for your own body
