Instructors

Alyssa Snow, Director and Teacher at MBSY, is so honored to be teaching alongside these phenomenal humans.

The magic of our studio lives in the heart of our teachers - most of whom have been teaching with the studio since our very first year.  All are dedicated yogis and awesome people.  Click on a teacher's photo to find out more about her/him; move the cursor over the photo to read the bio.

It really does take a village to make a community.  Behind the scenes, teachers Stacey Linden and Whitney Zimmerman help Alyssa run the business and keep all things studio running happy, healthy, and honey-smooth!

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I teach asana as a means of cultivating mindfulness and concentration, guiding my students into the experience of feeling space in the body as well as in the mind.

LIFE OUTSIDE THE STUDIO
Mom of three, wife and business owner asks that I really get this balance thing down!  My pranayama and asana practice have become my tool helping me to show my daughters what living yoga is and how these tools can help us to become vibrant balanced and creative humans!  I am a foster mother and becoming more active in navigating the bureaucracy involved and becoming an advocate for children in need.

FAVORITE QUOTATION
“Patience pays.”
