We are currently not offering Prenatal classes.  However, if you are pregnant, we do have plenty of classes that would support your practice.  Here are the ones that would be good for you:

Wednesday 12:30 Hatha with Hannah (1hr)

Wednesday 7:45pm Gentle Hatha with Ola (75 minutes)

Thursday 11:15am Being Mindful with Ann (1hr -- donation class)

Friday 12:30pm Hatha with Alyssa (1hr)

Friday 6:30pm Gentle Hatha/Restorative with Ola

Saturday 12:00pm Hatha with Ola

Sunday 5:30pm Gentle Hatha/Restorative Stretch with Maria
