A Yoga Sanctuary

 

All classes are 70-90 minutes unless otherwise specified.  Please arrive 10 minutes before class.  It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after a big meal.  Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.  It is customary (but not mandatory) to wear white while practicing Kundalini Yoga.


Monday:

8pm              Vigorous Hatha with Tom


Tuesday:

10:30am       Hatha/Restorative Stretch with Stacey

12:30pm       Hatha/Vinyasa with Stacey (1hr)

6:00pm        Hatha with Amy

8pm             Anusara®Inspired with Amy


Wednesday:

7:00am         Hatha with Alyssa(1hr)

10:30am       Vinyasa with Alyssa

12:30pm       Hatha with Hannah  (1hr)

6:00pm        Vinyasa with Ola

8:00pm        Gentle Hatha with Joanna

              

Thursday:

10:30am       Anusara®Inspired with Amy

12:30pm      Hatha with Stacey (1hr)

6:00pm        Hatha/Vinyasa with Stacey

8pm            Vigorous Hatha with Tom


Friday:

10:30am      Vinyasa with Alyssa
