A Yoga Sanctuary

 

All classes are 70-90 minutes unless otherwise specified.  Please arrive 10 minutes before class.  It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after a big meal.  Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.  It is customary (but not mandatory) to wear white while practicing Kundalini Yoga.


Monday:

7:00am         Kripalu with Ann (1hr)

9:00am         Vinyasa with Alyssa

12:30pm       Hatha  with Alyssa (1hr)

5:30pm         Vinyasa with Ola

7:30pm          Vigorous Hatha with Tom


Tuesday:

8:30am         Intermediate Hatha with Colleen (75 min)

10:30am       Hatha/Restorative Stretch with Stacey

12:30pm       Hatha/Vinyasa with Stacey (1hr)

6:00pm         Hatha with Amy

8pm              Kundalini and Meditation with Alyssa


Wednesday:

7:00am         Kripalu with Ann(1hr)

                    (COMMUNITY CLASS  BY DONATION)

10:30am       Vinyasa with Alyssa

12:30pm       Hatha with Hannah  (1hr)

4:30pm         Prana Yoga with Shawna

6:00pm        Anusara®Inspired with Amy

8:00pm        Gentle Hatha with Hannah

              

Thursday:

9:00am        Slow Vinyasa with Hannah (75min)

12:30pm      Hatha with Stacey (1hr)

2:00pm        Vinyasa with Colleen

6:00pm        Hatha with Stacey

8pm             Vigorous Hatha with Tom


Friday:

7:00am        Vinyasa with Hannah(75 min)

10:30am      Advanced Vinyasa with Alyssa

12:30pm      Hatha with Alyssa (1hr)

4:30 pm       Vigorous Hatha with Tom

6:30 pm       Restorative with Maria (1hr)(No class 2/10,3/30)

8:00pm        Special Meditation Evenings (2/3, 2/24, 3/2, 3/23)


Saturday:

10:00am      Vinyasa with Colleen

12:00pm      Hatha with Ola

2:00pm        Anusara®Inspired with Amy


Sunday: (there will be no sunday classes 2/12/12)

11am          Hatha/Vinyasa with Stacey

2pm            Vinyasa with Stacey/Alyssa/Hannah/Lisa/Tom
